Gasket Kits
TBJ supplies AEROlite® Flange Insulation Sets designed to limit galvanic corrosion in pipeline systems. Our kits remove electrical conductivity between dissimilar metal flanges and are essential for cathodically protected piping systems.

Material Performance
- • G10 / G11 GRE: High dielectric strength (24.1 kV/mm) and compressive strength (50,000 psi).
- • Temperature Range: G10 up to 150°C; G11 up to 200°C.
- • Sealing: High-performance kits feature spring-energized PTFE seals for critical service.
Complete Isolation Kit Contents
Each set is individually packed and labelled, comprising:
✔1 Central Gasket: Flat or oval section (Type E, F, or D).
✔Insulating Sleeves: 1 per bolt (G10 or Mylar standard).
✔Insulating Washers: 2 per bolt (G10 Glass Reinforced Epoxy).
✔Steel Washers: 2 per bolt (Zinc Plated Steel standard).
